Laci!! What a beautiful soul!! It was so much fun getting to know this young woman! Her wedding was so uniquely and brilliantly simple and romantic. She got married under a giant tree at the Stonebridge wedding venue located in Blum, Texas.
For Laci’s hair she was feeling the “boho vibes”. We did an effortless and loose curled pony with braided and floral details. I thought the fresh and colorful flowers was a fresh spin on the ever so popular floral crown! My team mate, Darla did the make up! She gave Laci and her maids a soft natural look. They all glowed with beauty and happiness.

This wedding was sooooooo unique!! Emily and her family were such humble people and a pleasure to work with!
For Emily’s hair I added a ton of curls to create lots of movement and texture. She wanted some curls to loosely fall to give it a more effortless look. All the make up was done airbrush and very natural by PoP’s artist Marcy.

Allison, Matt and I collaborated last year to do an avant garde creative photo session. We used Allison as our model and she did her make on on her own face. I braided her hair into a ton of small sectioned braids and then attached the chain mill to each braid by hand… it was tedious. I feel like we were channeling an inner “Medusa” I think the braids represented a snake-like texture. I think we did a great job on our piece. Check it out!
This was a collaborative photoshoot and style session hosted by the super talented, Shannon Gann with Shannon Rose Events. She was a former bride of mine that inspired to do wedding planning, and WOW she has done an amazing job with her career!!! Did I mention she also does florals too?? She has done sooooo many gorgeous weddings since we first met. I continue to follow and be inspired by her work. This photo session was for an advertisement she had a vision for. It got featured on The Westchester Wedding Planner blog! Enjoy!! http://www.thewestchesterweddingplanner.com
